Patricia A. Bagley, 82, Marysville, died Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Community Memorial Healthcare. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday, April 7, at the United Methodist Church in Marysville. The Rev. Gerry Sharp officiated. Bob Welch played the organ and Pat Breeding sang “Amazing Grace” and the congregation sang “In the Garden.” A recording of “To Where You Are” was played. Pallbearers were Michael Brungardt, Christopher Bagley, Jeff Rippe, Fred Brungardt, Chuck Meyer and Darren Bagley. Burial was in Marysville City Cemetery. Patricia was born September 23, 1925, at Beloit, Wis., the daughter of Lloyd and Maude Beyrer Scherich. She married Edward O. Bagley at Superor, Neb. She worked in the catalog department of Montgomery Ward and at Marysville Mutual. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Marysville, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, sports, reading and her family. Survivors include one son, Douglas and wife Marlene of Papillion, NE; two daughters, Frances Davenport and husband Jim of Washington, KS, and Carol Hiltgen and husband Steve of Green; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward; and a sister, Frances Gleisberg. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
