Geraldine P. Hoffman

Geraldine P. Hoffman, 85, of Marysville, KS, and formerly of Home, KS, died Monday, November 16, 2015 at her home. A graveside service was held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 21 at the Home Cemetery. Rev. Susan K. Bantz officiated. Geraldine was born October 21, 1930 at Home, KS, daughter of Al J. and Elnora (Blocker) Hoffman. In 1948, she graduated from Marysville High School. She lived in Home, KS, until 2003 when she moved in with her sister, Alberta. She was a member of Frieden's Lutheran Church in Home and enjoyed watching T.V., movies, and roller skating. Survivors include her sister, Alberta "Bert" Harmer, Marysville; two nephews, Bob L. Rowland and Jon P. Harmer; both of Topeka, KS. A memorial fund has been established to Meadowlark Hospice.
