Chang Y. Olmsted

Chang Y. Olmsted, 71, Marysville, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Cambridge Place in Marysville. A graveside funeral service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, March 18, at the Home City Cemetery, Home, KS. Chang was born May 20, 1945 at Inchon, Korea to Chang Sun Moon and Yu Ya Tchiu. She graduated from Inchon High School. She moved to the United States on September 23, 1971 and was united in marriage to Richard Olmsted on October 4, 1971 at Great Falls, MT. They moved to Marysville , March 3, 1972 and Chang worked for Mary Marshall Manor, 10 years for Walmart and was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents. Chang is survived by her husband, Richard; two brothers and a sister in Korea. A memorial fund is established to the Cancer Society. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary, Marysville.
