Rebecca Ann Pinkham, 66, Marysville, died Monday, October 11, 2021 at her home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., Sunday, October 17 at Kinsley Mortuary, Marysville. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, October 18 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Marysville. Pastor Shannon Borgmann will officiate. Gina Miller will play the organ while Jeff Gore sings "In the Garden" and "Amazing Grace". The pallbearers will be Bryson Johnson, Justin Jenkins, Mark Jenkins, Aaron Jackson, Steve Mitchell and Mark Leidig. The honorary pallbearers will be Ed Kabriel, Kenny Coggins, John Ralph, Larry Miller, and Jeri Reinhart. Burial will be in the Marysville City Cemetery. Becky was born on December 21, 1954 in Beatrice, NE to Joseph and Betty (Leupold) Jenkins. In 1972, she graduated from Marysville High School. She graduated with her cosmetology license from Joseph’s College of Beauty in Beatrice, NE and worked at Shirley Mitchler Beauty Salon. On June 5, 1976, Becky was united in marriage to Ted Pinkham at the Memorial Presbyterian Church. She worked for Keating Steak House from 1991 to 1992 and was a 911 dispatcher for Marshall County from 1981 until 1998. From 1992 thru 2001, Becky was a bookkeeper for her husband’s trucking company. In 2002, she went to work at CMH as a registration clerk. She did quilting and cross stitch, enjoyed Christmas shopping, playing Bingo and going to the Casino. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and attending their activities. Preceding her in death was her mother, Betty; and two infant siblings, John Jenkins and Sherri Jenkins. Survivors include her husband, Ted; father, Joseph; daughter, Candice (Eric) Schmitz, Centralia; son, Wade (Lynn) Pinkham, Blue Rapids; stepdaughter, Jennifer (Adam) Schuster, St Joseph, IL, Stepson, Brian Salts, Yankton, SD; brother, Bill (Deneise) Jenkins, Oketo; grandchildren, Breanna (Bryson Johnson) Schmitz, Jayce Schmitz, Kabriel Schuster and Kody Firesheets; nieces and nephews; and multiple fur babies. Memorial may be made to the Pinkham Memorial Fund and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
