A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Padden Funeral Chapel in Frankfort.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 5, at Antioch Cemetery in Frankfort.

Bonnie June Tebbutt was born June 7, 1939, at the Randal Clinic in Marysville, Kansas, to William L. and Doris Elaine (Bronaugh) Tebbutt. She and her family lived in the Bigelow/Iring community until they were bought out by the Tuttle Creek dam project and forced to move to other areas.

Bonnie attended rural grade schools at Antioch, Bigelow, Reeseville, Merrimac and 76, and graduated from Frankfort High School. After her high school graduation from Frankfort in 1956, she went to work in Manhattan, Kansas, for Kansas Farm Bureau where she shared apartments with her classmates and other friends working in Manhattan.

Jim Feldhausen returned from service in Korea in the spring of 1957, and they were married on November 17th, 1957, at the Bigelow Methodist Church shortly before it was demolished by Tuttle Creek Dam bulldozers.

In 1960, she began working for the gypsum mine and plant in Blue Rapids, Kansas. Here she worked for almost 50 years until she took early retirement. During this period, the corporate name would change several times, Certain Feed, Bestwall and Georgia Pacific Corporation.

She loved genealogy and working on family history. The love of traveling fit well with her search of family history. This led her to visit most of the states, dusty cemeteries, libraries and several foreign countries. She traveled to England, Scotland, Ireland and France in search of family history. There, she visited many churches, cemeteries and graves and made new friends and met ancestors’ families.

Jim and Bonnie made their home and farmed in the Frankfort area until Jim's death in 1993.

Preceding her in death is her husband Jim; and parents, Bill and Doris Tebbutt.

Survivors include her brother Wayne and wife Dora Tebbutt, Lee Tebbutt and family, Scott Tebbutt and family, Kit Tebbutt and family, Jay Tebbutt and family and Jim Tebbutt and family. Family includes 8 nephews, one niece and 16 great nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.  Contributions may be sent in care of Padden Funeral Chapel, c/o Kinsley Mortuary, P.O. Box 147, Marysville, KS 66508.
