Charlie A. Ice

Charlie A. Ice, 74, of Marysville, KS, died January 1, 2020 at Via Christi in Manhattan, KS. He was born February 5, 1945, at Ottawa, KS, to Virgil Edward and Lorraine (Goodman) Ice. On May 10, 1997, he married Carolyn S. Phillips at Marysville. Charlie worked at Twin Valley Developmental Services in Beattie and the Surf Motel in Marysville in maintenance. He enjoyed collecting toy trucks and cars, watching T.V. and his favorite was The Young and the Restless, going to the movies with friends and eating at Sandy's Pantry.  He was a Kansas Jayhawk, Kansas State football and basketball and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and brother, Wayne Ice. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; and many friends.
