Darlene M. Fox

Darlene M. Fox, 83, formerly of Topeka passed away on August 25, 2022 at Stoneybrook Assisted Living in Manhattan, Kansas. A funeral service and a rosary vigil will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Annunciation Catholic Church in Frankfort, KS. Darlene was born on November 8, 1938 in Vermillion, Kansas, the daughter of Sylvester H. and Ethel Fox. After graduation from Frankfort High School, Darlene was employed first by Southwestern Bell and then by Santa Fe Railway in the Freight Accounting Department and then in the Information Systems Department as a computer programmer until her retirement. While living in Topeka, she was a member of Christ the King Parish. Survivors include brothers Glen and Sylvester of Frankfort, sister, Vickie Gerstenkorn of Haslet, Texas and many nieces and nephews. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
