Ira Broach

Ira Broach 65, of Marysville, Kansas, formerly of Wheatfield, Indiana and Petaluma, California, passed away unexpectedly December 27, 2022, in Marysville. Ira was born on September 24,1957, in Fort Ord, California, to Marvin and Ingeborg Broach. Growing up, Ira’s father was in the U.S. Army, moving and traveling to many different places. Eventually, he settled down in Kansas. For many years, Ira was a truck driver and enjoyed his job. Ira had one of the biggest hearts and would help out anyone, anyway he could. He leaves behind many friends and family. He will be missed by some of his closest friends, Amanda, Rex, Jeff and Jimmy, who liked to give each other a hard time. Ira will be especially missed by his cat “Mouner”. Preceding him in death are his parents, Marvin and Ingeborg Broach. Survivors include his sister, Virginia (Richard) McKernan of Kniman, Indiana, twin sister Cathy Broach from Wheatfield, Indiana, and a brother Allen Broach from California.
