He went to grade school and high school in Centralia and graduated from there in 1997. After high school, he attended NCK Technical College in Beloit, KS for one year to receive his bricklayer certification. He joined the Kansas Bricklayers Union in 2002 and worked all over Kansas. He then became a self-employed mason. For the last 9 years, he has worked for Titan Trailer Mfg, in Waterville, enjoying his job on a daily basis. On March 4, 2000, he married Jessica Baker at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church. Jessee was a member of the Marysville Knights of Columbus, the Bricklayers Union and St. Gregory’s Catholic Church. He believed God is everywhere in everything around him. He enjoyed fishing, reading, cooking, socializing, listening to his heavy metal music and going to concerts with his sons and friends. Saturday was one of his favorite days because he could play cornhole with his family and smoke meats, making some of the best brisket and pulled pork. He loved to experiment with recipes and get everyone's opinion of his latest creation. Jessee also enjoyed watching and attending his kids' activities. He made his family a priority in his life, enjoying all the little things they would do together whether it was talking or having a family food competition. Jessee was a good husband and a great father and a stranger to no one. He could strike up a conversation with anyone. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Capp. Survivors include his wife, Jessica; children Gabriel, Alexandria, Marissa, Madeline, Daxter, Grady Capp and Braelynn Enoch; mother, Phyllis (Gary) Heideman; siblings, Bonnie (James) Boatwright, Andy (Emily) Heideman, Beth (Jake) Taylor and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
