Katherine L. DiDomizio

Katherine L. DiDomizio, 50, of Marysville, KS, died May 7, 2021 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 5 at Marysville Christian Fellowship. Katherine was born January 23, 1971 at Longview, WA, to Steve and Barbara (Herring) Poorman. They lived in Washington state until moving to Abilene, KS, where she attended fourth grade. They later moved to Belleville, KS. She married Don DiDomizio at Concordia, KS. Katherine worked as a CMA at Concordia before moving to Home, KS, then Marysville. She enjoyed puzzles, listening to Patsy Cline music and singing along, sewing, cooking for others, and her cat. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don DiDomizio; and father, Steve Poorman. Survivors include her children, Michael DiDomizio and Melissa DiDomizio, both of Emporia, KS; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Harold Johnson, Marysville; and a brother, Matthew (Amanda) Poorman, Ness City, KS. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
