Roger A. Crome

Roger A Crome, 61, Marysville, died Friday, October 7, 2022 at Cambridge Place in Marysville. Visitation will be Sunday, October 9 from noon until 9 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville. A funeral service will be 2 p.m., Monday, October 10, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bremen. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Roger was born in Marysville to Kenny and Karen (Ohlde) Crome on March 5, 1961. He attended Marysville Schools and graduated from Marysville High School. He worked for Landoll Corp for many years and then was a general worker for Twin Valley Development. Roger had a passion for horses and rode in area parades and with the Pony Express Riders. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and country cruising. When his health no longer allowed him to do those things, he enjoyed staying busy by building and painting birdhouses and other small wood projects. Survivors include his parents; siblings, Lyle (Betty) Crome, Louisburg, Donna (Bob) Ferris, Marysville, Kurtis Crome, Bremen; special friend, Joyce Hill; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial fund is established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary, Marysville.
