Steven A. Curtis-Boese, 30, of Marysville, Kan., died June 16, 2018 north of Beattie, Kan.Visitation was Thursday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary. The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m.A funeral service was at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 22 at the Marysville American Legion. Jeremy Henderson officiated.  Music included "I Will Rise," "I Can Only Imagine" and "Dancing in the Sky."The pallbearers were Samuel Fischer, Casey Craig, Allen Butts, William Clemo, Kyle Clarke and Jacob Wright.Steven was born October 30, 1987 at Clovis, New Mexico to William Curtis and Darla Tilley. In 1998, he was adopted by Rick and Elaine Boese.He graduated from Beloit Technical College as an Electronic Technician. Steven was employed by Landoll Corporation in Marysville.Steven enjoyed the Winfield Blue Grass Festival, Kansas City Chiefs, gaming and rock climbing.On October 29, 2011, he married Jessica Fischer. She survives. Other survivors include his parents, Rick and Elaine Boese, Marysville, William Curtis and Darla Tilley; daughter, Haley Wilson and another soon to be born daughter; siblings, Joshua, Lawrence, Brandon and Ryan; and grandparents, Joan Butts and Caroline Morris.In lieu of flowers memorial will be used for his children.
